After a project has been wrapped up is the best time to host a meeting to debrief from the project and to learn from the project itself. This is a great opportunity to host a meeting and to send thank you cards to the people who helped.

Some things to consider:
Reflection:
- What went well? What would you have changed?
- Was there feedback from the people donating or volunteering?
- What is the feedback from your team?
- Did you get as many volunteers or donations as you expected? Why or Why not?
- It’s a great idea to record this feedback and any ideas for future projects!
Gratitude:
- Who helped lead the project? Including janitors, teachers, principals…
- Have you told them the results of the project? (How much you collected? How many people you helped?)
- Have you thanked them for their role in the project? (Hand-written notes make a huge difference)
- Have you thanked the organization for their help in coordinating?
- Have you thanked your team members for their help and support?
